Descripción

The other metals are located between transition metals and semimetals. Sometimes known as block metals or poor metals, they tend to be soft and have low melting points, in addition to having greater electronegativity than transition metals.

The periodic table of the elements is the way proposed by Dmitri Mendeléyev in 1869 to arrange the chemical elements, which are ordered by their atomic number, their electron configuration and their chemical properties. Since its first appearance, this table has been increasing with the discovery of new chemical elements, some present in nature and others originated by man.
